Spring Virtual Retreat: Cultivating Trust and Belief Systems

 

Join us for an immersive weekend dedicated to strengthening our trust in our belief systems through Meditation, Yoga, and Buddhist Philosophy. This retreat offers a sacred space for repair, healing, and recovery, serving as a vital ritual to nurture the strength needed for transformative work.

As each season carries its own unique energy, Spring invites us to open our hearts and minds. This retreat will feature moments of partial silence alongside engaging discussions during dharma talks. We will place a greater emphasis on yoga compared to our Winter Retreats, allowing for deeper exploration and practice.

This Spring, our curriculum continues from the Winter practice, focusing on trust and belief systems as essential foundations for envisioning new paths forward. 

In these dark moments, I envision these retreats as sanctuaries for invigorating the spirits of revolutionaries and protectors dedicated to supporting those in need. May this Spring Retreat empower our hearts with the love necessary to transform suffering into strength.

These quarterly retreats provide opportunities for renewal and connection throughout the year. They are designed to keep the fire of your practice alive and thriving.

10am breakfast and break time
12-2 Meditation and lecture
2p-4:30 – Break time with a chance for 1×1
4:30 – 5:30pm Light Yoga & pranayama
5:30p- 6:30pm – Dinner Break
7 – 8:00pm – Lecture 2
8:00 – 8:30pm – meditation
